We want you to be happy with your Howell Origin order. If something is not right, please contact us so we can help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Please contact us before sending any item back.

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery or tampered with.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
