Delivery Information
We aim to process and dispatch Howell Origin orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, courier availability and your location.
UK delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
Estimated UK delivery time after dispatch:
2–4 working days
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If tracking is available, this will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on order size, weight and destination.
First launch batch
During the Howell Origin launch period, some products may be available in limited quantities. If demand is high, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Delivery restrictions
Some car-care products may be subject to courier restrictions due to liquid content or product classification. If an order cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you.
